Description: One Brick will help At The Crossroads prepare street outreach supplies that will be handed out to young homeless people in the Mission and Downtown areas of San Francisco. This will include putting together packets of chocolate or Q-tips, sorting travel hygiene items and organizing other supplies.
Other Info: If you have travel-sized toiletries to donate, please bring them.
Organization: At The Crossroads

At The Crossroads reaches out to homeless youth and young adults at their points of need and works with them to build healthy and fulfilling lives. The organization focuses on this underserved population by providing a combination of nighttime street outreach and one-on-one counseling. It aims to build healthy, trusting relationships with its clients, through which the clients can create goals and develop plans to accomplish them. At The Crossroads also works with other agencies to ensure that there is an accessible, comfortable continuum of support that will provide their clients with realistic opportunities to achieve these goals.
Transit: Muni Lines: Lines that stop within two blocks of the office are the 14, 22, 26 and 53. BART: The 16th Street station is 2.5 blocks from the office.
